Earlier in the course, you chose an organization and some type of organizational change. You then identified various objectives of the proposed change. This week, you will identify the relevant internal and external stakeholders for the organization, the best method for communicating with them, and any challenges in communicating with these stakeholders.
In 1,000-1,250, words do the following:
Identify all of the people within and outside of the organization that will be affected by the organizational change.
Explain how this organizational change will affect all of the different stakeholders. If the change will affect various stakeholders in different ways, make sure to explain how it will.
Determine the best method for communicating with these various stakeholders (e.g., e-mail, face-to-face, department meeting, flyer). Explain why you would choose this particular method of communication.
Identify any potential challenges of communicating to the various stakeholders (e.g., People may not check their email) and how you will overcome those challenges.
