Covid has caused such a strain with the ability to forecast business which leads to forecasting employees The positive thing about this Covid ‘black swan’ is that it is an anomaly. The last time it happened was in 1918. As you know, very negative cycles in business can be great teaching moments. Gladwell (2006) describes a ‘tipping point’ as one of those special moments where something leads to a significant change. Covid can be seen as a type of tipping point.
