This assignment will look at President Joe Biden’s announcement that federal employees who are NOT vaccinated will be required to wear masks when indoors at federal facilities and get VOCID-19 tested regularly. GOP senatory like Ted Cruz are propsoing bills aimed at banning mask and vaccine mandates, who was quoted as saying “I think it should be simple. There should be no mandates. No vaccine mandates, and no mask mandates. We should respect individual liberty. .

Below are my ideas of the summary take or leave out whatever you want, this is not an edited version just my summary ideas.
Conflict between Branches
Recently, President Joe Biden has mandated that any Federal employees and onsite contractors who are not vaccinated against the Corona Virus must wear masks, get frequent COVID 19 tests, and socially distance themselves from others. Due to the increase of cases of the new Delta variant of Covid, it is also mandated that anyone in federal facilities with an uprising of cases must wear masks and if he or she is unvaccinated he must show proof of a negative covid test within three days. On the other hand, there are still many people who disagree with Biden and his decision. Specifically, the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) feels as this is a violation of people’s basic civil rights because they believe that Biden is trying to force people to get vaccinated. The FLEOA even supports the vaccine and encourages it among others, but thinks it is not okay to pressure people into making a medical decision. In response, two members of the Grand Old Party (GOP), Senators Ted Cruz and Kevin Cramer proposed a bill to ban mask and vaccine mandates. The bill would repeal many mandates already in place, in particular the mandates that states people must wear masks on federal property, on public transportation, and all of the United states. Congress is specifically contradicting Biden’s recent mandate on unvaccinated Federal employees and onsite contractors.
