Methods should include details of what is taking place during mitosis.
Your discussion should explain to me what could happen if there are errors in mitosis.
Hint: Scientific writting is rather bland… You would simply report what was observed, for example you could say “The cell burst as a result of an influx of water molecules.”; but would not say “As water flooded the cell like middle-school girls rushing the stage at a Jonas Brothers concert the cell burst like a cosmic explosion leading to the formation new of solo careers.”
