My topic is about spinal fusion surgery (and/or its related cervical (neck) surgery) because it is a topic that I am personally famliar with, but I am too ill to write about.
Below is a reference that provides CBT techniques to help people prepare for back surgery, it may be useful. But overall, I am supposed to have at least 4 sources.
