Instructions:
Step 1: Watch the following two videos. The first video will provide an understanding of the difference between a boss and a leader. The second video will show a hospital organization that has taken the leadership perspective when working with their staff.
Step 2: Create a 3-5 page essay explaining the difference between a leader and a boss. Include in your essay the importance of leadership vs. functioning as a boss, discuss how your current organization tends to operate, discuss how the positives of how the Cleveland Clinic is implementing the leadership theory with their staff and their patients, and what changes could be made within your organization? Lastly, do you consider yourself a boss or a leader and why?
