Select a photograph to use as a point of inspiration. Create an art piece of photography inspired by your selected art piece.
Part 2: Reflection
Write a reflection about the relationship between your art production and the inspiration piece. Include the following in the reflection paper:

Include the inspiration photograph within the document.
Record the title, artist , year, and place of origin.
Briefly explain the background of the inspiration piece.
Your Art Piece
Include your original photograph within the document.
Provide a title.
Explain the background of your piece.
Connection
Explain the thematic connection between the two pieces.
How are they similar and different?
Are they the same medium? How does the medium impact what the viewer experiences?
For photography, how do the formal elements of design compare to one another?

Submission addresses all of the following elements: photograph of both inspiration piece and original work, information about the inspiration piece, information about your original piece, and connection between the two

The analysis clearly articulates a connection between the two works, showing a strong understanding of theme and medium (and formal elements for photography).
Paper includes reference to a scholarly source within the essay and properly integrates the source.
The writing contains strong word choice that clarifies ideas and masterful sentence variety aids with the flow of ideas.
The writing is free of errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation that would detract from a clear reading of the paper.
Paper is formatted to include all 7 of the following: title page, references page, Times New Roman font, 12-point font, double spacing, running header, and page numbers.
All references include complete bibliographic information for sources and are properly formatted using APA style.
