Learning Outcomes:
To be at play. To experiment.
To write creatively.
To be absurd.
To learn how to avoid logical fallacies, by embracing them fully.
Instructions:
First, make sure you have posted and participated in this discussion board: DB: Short Argument Using Only Logical Fallacies (Rough Draft)
Create an MLA style document.
Choose any claim for any argument you want. It does not matter how ridiculous or absurd or serious.
Remember: a claim is an opinion; an opinion is a statement that is not a fact; a claim can be agreed with or disagreed with, hence, an argument.
Write a brief argument supporting this claim by using only logical fallacies. This can be one paragraph or multiple paragraphs. Introductions or conclusions are not required.
At the end of the document, list the logical fallacies you have used in your argument. You don’t have to tell me where you used them, just provide a list of the ones you think you used at the end of the document.
Requirements:
The document must be in MLA style and uploaded as .doc or .docx.
The minimum word count is 200 words.
No outside sources allowed. No works cited page required.
You are required to list the specific names of the logical fallacies you used in the argument.
