Child psychology paper

Imagine that the local social work center is looking for educators to create and teach: “How to enhance psychological development within children”. Potential applicants need to present a lecture of three sections: Theories on child development; Using these theories, explain what is going on with the child (through the theory) and what to do and avoid (not opinion but backed with science); and why this theory is will enhance the child’s well being. (For example, Erikson stated that the first stage in life was “trust vs. mistrust” stage. Therefore, when a child cries for their caregiver, the caregiver must attend to the child’s need to develop trust with the caregiver and the outside world. If you do not attend to the child, the child will not develop trust of the outside world, which can create problems later in life.)
