Requirements: use attached paper
-Use a minimum of 5-7 slides, or
roughly one slide for each paragraph of your research paper (thats a
guideline for MINIMUM, but of course use more slides if you find
yourself packing too much info on one slide). However many slides you
use, your presentation should have everything necessary for it to make
sense to someone who hasnt read your paper. Try
not to put too much information on one slide. Think of powerpoint
presentations youve seen in the past: too much information is hard to
read and hard to take in. Always better to break the info up into more
slides. Use bullet points instead of blocks of text.
-USE PICTURES.
Presentations are a way of presenting the written information in your
paper in a spoken and visual way (though this assignment doesnt
necessarily have to have a spoken component), so use visuals to
illustrate your points!
-Make
sure its very clear what the argument of your research paper is, what
the most relevant info and main points from your paper are, and what the
takeaway is for your audience.
