The training focus can introduce a learning management system (LMS), identify tips and tricks for a specific function of Word, set up a grading program, and use a digital camera, email, interactive white board, or any timely and relevant e-learning or m-learning focus that is needed and appropriate for your professional setting.
You should create a motivating title, use graphics and images, consider learner agency, digital badging or gamification, design principles, and provide important facts that you want to share with your audience. Be sure to answer the following questions as you design your professional development opportunity:
