· Discuss the history, politics, economics, and implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The ACA is changing healthcare practice and is expected to have an effect on patient-centered care, cost, quality and population health. In at least 250 words please discuss these factors and describe how the ACA was expected to impact them and how it actually impacted them.
