Request for Proposal – Project Manual

Part A: Your construction firm is bidding on the tenant improvement in the attached drawings. You need to get bids on the various scopes of work to submit with your complete bid. You are tasked with having to pull a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sound masking installation. What would you put in the scope of work to get a turnkey (complete) number? You do not need to provide numbers, remember this is the scope of work letter…before any number can be obtained, you need to define what is being priced. Turn in your RFP.
Minimum elements to include in Letter:

SMP shall be qualified by evidence of successfully completed projects of similar complexity. Experience must be demonstrated and key commissioning personnel must be identified with description of qualifications relative to successful delivery of sound masking systems. Please provide:i.
