Identify and explain how each behavior is exhibited in each cohort.

This week, you will examine health-related behaviors and coping strategies among various age and gender cohorts. Then, create a chart (a table) to make a visual representation of the differences in health-related behaviors among different age and gender groups. Be sure your chart addresses the following:
Include a list of two health-related behaviors of your choice.
Prepare a chart that you have divided into three age groups of your choice (use the guideline below):
childhood (5-12 years old) or adolescence (13-19 years old)
young adults (20-34 years old) or middle age adults (35-64 years old)
older adults (65 years old and older)
Divide each age group by binary biological gender.
Identify and explain how each behavior is exhibited in each cohort. For example, for weight management, you might note for adolescents that they may have different dietary needs (for example, girls may need more iron due to having their monthly periods and to avoid becoming anemic) and for middle-aged adults, it might involve reducing stress-motivated eating and more exercise in case of females and less alcohol intake in case of males. Or, there may be no differences. Include references to your statements.
Some examples of different ways you may construct your chart (table) is listed in the books and resources for this week.
Length: 2 pages (including reference page)
References: Include a minimum of five scholarly resources.
