List the determinants of health relevant to each of the issues or concerns
What are three (3) common issues or concerns similar for people in this population group who live in urban areas might encounter?
Explain why or why not this would be different from the rural setting?
Provide an evidenced-based health promotion or disease prevention intervention for each identified issue or concern

THE ELDERLY POPULATION IN SENTINEL TOWN HAS HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO THE FACT THAT THE TOWN IS EXTREMELY POOR. THERE IS NO PHARMACY IN THE ENTIRE TOWN, THERE ARE NO HOSPITALS, THE NEAREST HOSPITAL IS 30 MINS AWAY, THE ONLY CLINIC IN TOWN IS ONLY OPEN ON WEEKDAYS UNTIL 6PM, IT IS CLOSED EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS, AND THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OF ANY KIND. THE ROADS ARE NOT PAVED AND ARE IN SUCH BAD CONDITION THAT THE MAIL TRUCKS ARE NOT ABLE TO REACH EVERYONE TO DELIVER MAIL, AND MEDICINES COME TO THE TOWN AND ITS RESIDENTS THROUGH MAIL ORDER. THERE ARE NO SPECIALTY DOCTORS. THE INTERNET FOR THE TOWN ALMOST NEVER WORKS. THERE ARE NO INDOOR COMMUNITY CENTERS OR RECREATION CENTERS, THERE ARE ONLY BARS.
