Empathy: Pain of consent worry of parents that stay far away. Interview my client in Indonesia and found out trust and emotional aspect is key for using our services. With recent covid spike, having the health statistic on hand is emotional and trusted as much as the importance of accurate data.
Define the problem: How might we provide a sense of security and reassurance of safety for loved ones in the midst of Covid?
Ideate: Provide 3 solutions first our wearable solution, the second could be our added services to the ecosystem and the last proposal needs more research that will fit into our current solution.
