Taking Functions to a New Level

In our study of functions this week, you likely learned many new things. Despite using functions for years in various classes, we often haven’t learned all of the essential details of functions and how they work. This week, in 2-3 pages (APA formatting), please reflect on your previous knowledge of functions.

Was that enough for you to handle all the situations you needed to use or evaluate them in? Has what you learned improved your capabilities, or are the details seemingly superficial with the level of math/detail you plan to be teaching? Is it worth spending the time learning so much about one topic? Why?
