Prepare a report identifying the risks
associated with the company in the case, evaluate the impact of those risks and
provide recommendations for risks mitigation.

What kind of risks are caused by that particular
environment that the business belongs to

Need to do a PESTLE analysis – a PESTLE
framework and then,

Once this PESTLE analysis is done you need to provide
solutions on how to mitigate the risk

capabilities and capacities where talk about the SWOT analysis again

Then to incorporate these 2 factors – the PESTLE
and SWOT analyses frameworks to provide recommendations
