How is your philosophy changing/growing as you read the text?

This journal assignment is linked to the Philosophy Paper due in Unit 7. For Journal 2, you will submit a journal entry for chapters 1-8. You should address the following questions:
After reading these chapters, what are your initial thoughts about the content?
How, if at all, has the content of these chapters affected your initial philosophy statement? Is your statement the same? Different? Why? Why not?
How is your philosophy changing/growing as you read the text?
How is the content of these chapters relevant to your development of a philosophy of counseling?
You may or may not answer each question in detail, and you certainly may venture beyond the questions listed above. The key to the journal is that it is linked to and should assist in the writing of the final philosophy paper. Grading, as indicated in the rubric, will be based on an in-depth consideration over the chapters and how your personal views are shaped by the content. There is no page length requirement, though the journal entry should not be less than 1-2 pages. This amount will be minimally necessary to address the issues.

Please remember that everything you turn in should be in APA Professional style (with the fairly obvious exceptions of no cover page and abstract and using first person for IAs, etc.). I’m going to start being much more strict on this going forward.
