Written Report
The report shall have a
brief introduction that highlights the unique aspects of the design intent and
how it is achieved. The body of the report should include the examination and
analysis of building systems, both quantitative and qualitative, that identify
the features of the systems that make the building unique. You need to include
some conclusion about the design and its qualitative aspects (see above). Note that you are also required to provide
a minimum of two sources used in your report and that you need to carefully
document and annotate wherever and whenever you have used a source .

The case study will be assessed according to
the following criteria:

Organization
and clarity

Content,
data and information provided

The report should
consider, at least briefly, following types of building systems as they are
appropriate to the building, but how detailed each aspect is explored will be
determined both by the building’s characteristics and the interest of the
student;
