In the previous Unit, you constructed an outline of a workshop for your colleagues. You followed the five Ps as explained by Tomal,
Schilling, and Wilhite. For this Unit , you will expand on that outline(see the attached file). Start by visiting the local school district in your
community and meeting with someone who conducts the in-service/workshop trainings. During your meeting, discuss your
outline, and see what advice can be offered to enhance your training. What suggestions did that person make that can
help take your in-service/workshop design to the next level? How will you enhance your training based on this advice?
Alternatively, if you are unable to arrange a meeting, conduct research on what makes a good training or workshop.
Explain what tips your research can offer you and how you can apply the research and expand your training.
In a one-page response, explain what you learned through your interview or research. Additionally, describe how you will
enhance your training based upon this new information. Follow APA format and cite and reference all sources used.
Please note that if you choose to interview someone, outside sources are not a requirement.
