1. Construct a rhetorical document in any appropriate form that argues for or against one of the following:
a. a particular solution to a specific workplace problem – Nurses burnout during COVID.
You may use a real or invented workplace for this assignment. The document, regardless of what form it takes (letter, memo, report, whatever) should make use of all of the following rhetorical strategies:
