Krista Hampton, 25 years old female that comes to the office after a hiking trip with her boyfriend. She presents with a erythematous itchy rash that measures 10×12 CM on her bilateral inner thighs, as well as a left inner arm rash. She states that on her trip she was exposed to various types of plants (during her hike through the woods), as well as animals and insects as she did not wear proper hiking attire/clothes. She also says that she used the hot tub with her boyfriend during this trip. Ms. Hampton also used a brand new suntan lotion. She denies pain at this time. Describes the rash as itchy, tender and kind of swollen.
