There are two parts in this written assignment.
In Part 1, you will discuss 3 different
styles you have experienced as a “follower/employee”. Within your submission, please explain the
leadership style and how this style affected your performance–did the leadership
style enhance your performance or did the leadership style inhibit your
performance?
In Part 2, you will discuss 3 leadership styles you will use
when managing and leading others.
Explain the leadership styles and explain how you will implement each
style to help you achieve your department’s goals. However, you’ll also need to explain what
goals you would like to achieve from a management and employee development
perspective.
As always, your submission must include an overall
introduction to the main purpose of the assignment and also contain a
summarizing conclusion.
