For additional information on creating professional presentations consult the resources listed in the Learning Activities & Assignments section of this Module. Remember that your classmates will need more than bullet points to get the full meaning of your slides. You may either record audio to go with each slide or add notes to the Notes section of the presentation. Be sure to make it clear whether the viewer should be using headphones or looking at the notes section.

You may also want to use graphics, charts or other images to make your presentation more appealing to a viewer. If you use graphics, be sure that you have permission from the copyright holder to use them. Copying and pasting from the Internet is illegal unless you have permission. Module 10 Into:

Over the past weeks, as learners, each of you has developed a knowledge base designed to help you to grow as a supervisor. Whether you are managing 1, 10 or 100 employees, the principles of supervision and management are the same. Careers paths vary but in all types of business and organizations, the need for supervisors evolves constantly.

Globalization creates the need for supervisors to be more knowledgeable and innovative. Just go through the titles of each module and you will see that you can identify with detail what each title means. Now you are ready to apply what you have learned in a supervisory capacity or perhaps you already are a supervisor and this class has merely tweaked your knowledge base. Either way, this knowledge will guide you in whatever career path you choose. Congratulations on your accomplishment!
