By this point in the play we have been introduced to all of the characters and have been given a good sense of their personalities. Your job is to try and get inside the mind of one of these characters. You are going to write a journal entry from the perspective of one the many people we have seen in the play thus far. You can write from the perspective of:
MacBeth
King Duncan
Lady Macbeth
Banquo
Fleance
MacDuff
Your journal entry must:
Be at least 500-600 words in length
Explain what has happened to the character between Acts I and III
Explain the characters feelings about the other characters
Comment on the characters changing emotions (this can sometimes be drastic)
Explain the characters hopes for the near future (end of the play)
Be written in FIRST PERSON, and use proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure
You DO NOT have to use Shakespearian English in this response. You can use typical modern English.
