Watch the Trump & Biden Inaugural Addresses. Find a few good articles analyzing the
Inaugural and its coverage in the media. Then choose one of the addresses either trumps or bidens and then Write a 4-6 page rhetorical analysis of a key moment of the Convention using “How
to Detect Propaganda” and at least three articles analyzing the address to inspire your own
analysis. Use BYU’s Forest of Rhetoric to learn about rhetoric and rhetorical analysis. Read
these “Basic Questions for Rhetorical Analysis” to get started. Is there something in the Forest
that you can use in your analysis?
