References for Personal Model

Below is the prompt: Right now all that is needed to be completed is the annotated bibliography which finds arcticels on the values that I have picked to write my personal model on:

Commitment
Hard working
Family-oriented

I’m asking you to identify 15 to 20 references that explain your values/principles and/or describe/support the context of those values. And include a little blurb about how you will use them in your model. At this point, it’s okay to simply list time. My main objective is that you jump-start your research with lots of possibilities. Then, as you continue to develop your Model, you can narrow down/eliminate sources and replaces sources as needed. Remember the goal is ultimately to have at least 10 excellent sources that support your model.

Title (1 sentence/phrase)Give your Model a title; for some students, this is the first or last content decided, for others, somewhere in between

Foundation (3 to 4 pages)In this section, you present the values that are most important to you, the rationale for why they have become so important, and research that elaborates on the values and their context for you:
Core Principles and Values – two to three ethical principles that you have identified as being the most important and relevant to you personally (1 to 2 pages)
Personal Context – what experiences or who in your life influenced the development of these principles and values (1 to 2 pages)

Description (4 pages)In this section, you describe the Model, how it will work for you and how you see the Model visually:
Statement of Perspective – this is your declaration of your Personal Model of Doing Good; it is a statement that synthesizes your philosophy of doing good, by honoring and adhering to the values you described above; it’s your story as it relates to your values and their context (1 page or less)
Living My Model at Work – here you describe how your model will work at work; it’s a practical guide to living your Model, based on the Foundation and Statement of Perspective above:oDo’s & Don’ts – what is permitted or not permitted in your Model (1 pages or less)oDecision-making – how you will make decisions (half page)oGuidelines for behavior – how you will act at work (work ethic), how you will treat co-workers, actions/stances you will take (1 page or less)
8Visual Depiction – graphic, picture, symbol that represents your Model visually; think of it as a logo for your Model (half page)

Outcomes (up to 3 pages)In the final section, you envision how it will be and how things will go as you live your Model, including challenges, achievements and general satisfaction that will result:
Anticipated Challenges – describe the obstacles or difficulties that you expect to experience as you live your Model, and how you will overcome them (1 page or less)
Expected Achievements – describe the success or progress living your Model will bring to your life, and how you will sustain them (1 page or less)
Overall Satisfaction & Contentment – taking into consideration what the challenges and achievements you described above, articulate the overall satisfaction and contentment (quality of your work life) living your Model will bring; in other words, state why living your Model will be worth it (1 page)
