Explain how accountability,bravery,cooperativeness,honesty and patience are character traits that you think are critical or highly important for doing well in your field of work. The feild of work i am going into is for Firefighting and Paramedic. Be as specific as you can about your reasons, as though you were trying to convince a co-worker or a skeptic that your categorization is correct. Thier is a list of characters traits i had to pick from but i thought thoes would work best. I can always send the list to you so that way you can pick if you think you want different traits.

Critical: Separates the truly excellent workers from those who are also very good.
Highly Important: Separates the very good or excellent workers from the average ones.
