A Full Assessment

-Write a full assessment as a social worker receiving the case.
-The Husband is not in the system, no prior ACS cases, no criminal history.
-He doesn’t feel there’s an issue
-The wife has never reported him.
-Assess this case, do a full breakdown of the family unit. Dissect the case in its totality.
-You can add stuff to the case if you’d like.
-The case was reported to the school social worker by the school nurse (from Bobby school) who attended the BBQ. The one writing the assessment is the social worker receiving the case.
-You are the investigator of the case.
-What needs to be done as a social worker. For the whole family (Husband, Wife and two children)
-Incorporate the textbook from class.
– The paper needs to include recommendation
-Paper need to be 6 pages, APA style 7
-Include 3 references including the textbook from class
-Incorporate in the paper the history of the family
-Write the assessment as if it could be subpoena for court remember the husband is wealthy and can afford a lawyer.
-You can be the school social worker or ACS worker
-Remember how he is at his job
-Put the recommendation for the family
-Put the outcome for the family
