One of the major
requirements of the LS 489 Senior Seminar involves writing a research paper on
issues of leadership and ethics. The main objective of this assignment is to
provide students an opportunity to reflect on and apply theoretical
perspectives on leadership and ethics to contemporary issues.
The research
paper must be an original and analytical
contribution to studies in leadership and ethics. It involves
conducting research on a topic chosen after consultation with and approval of
the professor and writing a seminar paper on the topic.
