Administrative Leadership

Question:
Throughout the semester we have discussed various theories of public sector leadership. Using a popular leader as an example, support one of the leadership theories. In other words, what characteristics, personality traits, etc., does this leader demonstrate that makes them an exemplar leader? Furthermore, why do you believe their leadership style can best be described by this theory? In contrast, which leadership theory least describes this public sector leader?
Instructions:
Your paper should have the following sections: a title page with the students name, date, class PADM 6270 and the instructors name, an abstract at the bottom of the title page (approximately 150 words), an introduction section, literature section, position section, conclusion, and works cited section. All references (three required that are not the course textbooks) used in writing your exam should be cited appropriately (defined as APSA, APA, or Chicago Style). The length of the exam should be no more than 7 pages.
Technical Format:
All papers should use the following technical format: Times New Roman, 12 point font, 1” margins from left to right and top to bottom, and double space each line in the paper. However, if direct quotes used in the paper are the equivalent of three lines or more, single space and separate them from the main text. Number all pages in the manuscript before you submit it for a grade. Late projects will automatically be reduced one letter grade for each day they are late, not class period or week-but DAY!
Notes for the student to remember in writing:
· · All sections in the paper should begin with an introductory paragraph that discusses what issues will be addressed in each section of the paper.
· · The use of active voice in writing papers is encouraged because it separates the master student from the undergraduate student in writing style. Furthermore, it demonstrates to the instructor that the student has a skillful understanding of the English language. Plus, it makes your writing much more interesting to read!
