AI Readiness of Organizations

WHAT
While business managers have widely recognized the strategic importance of AI, implementing and integrating AI remains in early infancy. Because of AI’s rapid evolution and the accelerating bloom of new and disruptive cognitive applications, organizations will need to develop and commit to a well-thought-out approach to AI preparedness for an era of thinking machines. Hence, you will select an organization of your choice and then apply the CAIR Index template provided below to evaluate and rate its AI readiness.
STEPS
Identify an organization (any sector, any size, any country, for-profit or not-for-profit, except pure early-stage startups)
Assess the organization’s current AI readiness looking at these three pillars:
Strategy and governance systems.
Access to data, computing power, and talent.
Innovation and operational capabilities.
To do so, use the CAIR Index that I will upload. Use this questionnaire.
Note: You do not have to fill in every CAIR question if you can’t find any answers to some of them. In that case, just tell why certain information was hard to find through a note in the appendix.

3. Develop actionable recommendations for improving the organization’s state of AI readiness.
You have a lot of creative freedom here. Think expansively and creatively, but be concrete and specific.

I need to draw up a 12-page PPT presentation on the company with rich analytical content on each slide, plus an appendix for your data sources and supporting information.

I have provided the CAIR index, the criteria, and some required readings for this class. Check the uploaded files. Thank you.
