You will select a topic in the field of nutrition to research. Your report will be at least 5 pages of text (does not include cover page or references) and has at least three references (your text may be used). This project is YOUR OWN words and should be customized by relating to you or someone in your family or close acquaintance (first person speech is recommended when referring to your family member or acquaintance). In addition, please focus on a spiritual or ethical dimension in the summary of your paper. This means you will include at least one additional paragraph on your impressions of the spiritual or ethical ramification of what you studied and how that impacts your life. This may include but is not limited to why you believe a nutritional issue is relevant to our society, what a deficiency may indicate and provide a way to understand its purpose, or how knowing about this issue can change the way we look at our life or the life of others.
