By that, I mean pick apart the section’s primary argument and how it is being defended; then defend your personal conclusion regarding just how credible you find that section’s thesis to be. To be honest, I expect your written response (in paragraph form) to constitute at least a third to half a page and to include the following: an accurate citation of the section’s thesis; a discerning recognition of its primary supporting data; and an intelligent argument as to how credible the said section’s thesis, in your estimation, was. You may write in the first person.
