Two primary means of dealing with disputes and grievances within a workplace are arbitration and mediation. Write a 2-page paper on alternative dispute resolution, focusing on a clear definition of mediation and arbitration, the differences between them, the processes used in each, and relative advantages and disadvantages. Include a brief discussion on the means of selecting arbitrators and mediators and the considerations in their selection. (See Ch. 9, pp. 512-517) Requirements: more than two (2) full pages APA format: include title page and reference page; these will not count toward above requirement.
