Supreme Court case and the decision ensuring the constitutional guarantee of civil liberties. Elaborate upon the proper
balance of individual freedom and national security in America today.

Frontiers in Civil Rights” – Write an essay encompassing your presentation at the seminar. Your essay
should include and not limited to the following: (1)
civil rights and the ideas of democracy, (2) constitutional protections of

priority issues in America today.
