The purpose of this project is to use the concepts and theories learned from the textbook and class discussions to analyze the leadership style of a well-known business leader. The project provides students with an opportunity to learn more about an effective leader that is of particular interest to them. Student(s) can select a leader for whom there is sufficient information to provide a thorough analysis of their leadership styles and practices.

2. The paper should include the following sections:
– Introduction of the topic
– A short history and background of the selected figure. Seek out as much interesting information as possible.
– The place or places they held leadership position(s) and an analysis of their career evolution from their early jobs leading to their position as a famous leader.
– His/her styles of leadership leading to major accomplishments or failures (make sure to provide actual examples).
– Their shortcomings and any published criticism against them (make sure to provide actual examples).
– Conclusion
– Other sections may be included as needed.
3. The paper should be around 12 pages, double spaced, 12 pt., and follow APA style.
4. There should be at least 8 references, a mix of both internet and printed sources. References should be cited both in text and on the reference page. Articles, newspapers, books, the text book, personal interviews, and interviews with people who know the leader will be acceptable sources.
