Task:
By referring from the Literature Reviews that I have uploaded, make it as interview questions to achieve the Research Objectives which are:
This research aims to fulfill the following objectives:
1) Analyze the implementation of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) in Brunei Darussalam closely.
2) To explore the potential benefits of implementing the Halal Assurance System (HAS) in Poultry Farming in Brunei Darussalam.
3) To identify the challenges involved in the Halal Assurance System (HAS) implementation.
Basically, on the first section, the interview questions will be focusing on analyzing closely on the implementation of the Halal Assurance System in each Poultry Farming (Company) regarding:
a) Halal and Haram and also Halalan Thayyiban in HAS
b) Halal Standard
c) Halal Certification
d) Halal Assurance Management System on
– How they manage its poultry farming in terms of:
1. Quality
2. Safety
3. Animal Food
4. Animal Wellbeing
5. Halal Slaughtering
Next section will be regarding the potential benefits of implementing the Halal Assurance System for the poultry farming itself and also consumers.
Last section will be regarding on identifying the challenges involved especially on ensuring the halal and thayyiban (quality and safety) of the product from the beginning of the process (raw materials) to the end of the process (packaging to end user).
