1) Complete
a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis on the
organization where you work or an organization with which you are familiar,
using the process strategies that we discussed in class.
2) Include
a brief description of the organization ( department of education, 754x jeffrey rapport high school ) with relevant and/or appropriate
information (e.g., purpose/mission, size, number of employees, revenues, etc.).
3) In
outline or chart/matrix format, list 4-7 facts/perceptions for each category
(e.g., strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.) Please remember that the
facts/perceptions listed must be major issues and/or unique to the
organization; not typical in any or most organizations.
4) Analyze
