Using the knowledge of muscles covered in Module 5, describe in detail the muscles, their attachments, and their actions as they perform your favorite exercise. Include all agonist, antagonists, and stabilizer (fixator) muscles required to properly perform the movement. You may choose a sporting action such as a throw or kick as well – no need to limit ourselves to the gym!
Also, include a picture or video of the movement to complement your description.
