For this discussion I want you to spend time observing animal behavior and recording your observations. Spend at least 20 mins. observing an animal of your choosing (no household/domesticated animals. Try to determine what the animal is doing.
Come up with a hypothesis for why they might be engaging in this behavior (avoid anthropomorphizing the behavior).
After you have made your observations, do some research to find out more about the organism you observed.
In your discussion, tell us what animal you observed, and where and how you made your observations.
Share your observations and your hypotheses for the proposed explanation for the the behavior you observed.
Also, include at least one new thing that you learned about the animal you observed from your research.
