Annotated Review/Analysis and Reflection of a Textbook that has 12 chapters

I will download the book I need a review and reflection for the first 12 chapters. (like a review and a reflection for each chapter) The review, or annotated analysis, needs to be no more than 1 page and the reflection needs to follow and no more than 1/2 page. This needs to be done for all 12 chapters. I know the book has more than 12 chapters but we are only covering the first 12 chapters. The professor mentioned
writing an annotation for each chapter and then followed by a reflection so each chapter would need to
be 1 1/2 pages long.
