Send a detailed written appeal to the instructor’s
The written appeal must include a detailed explanation as to why an appeal should be considered. You must clearly state your desired outcome. For example, “I would like to be allowed to retake the final exam,” or “I would like to be allowed to resubmit this assignment.” Be as specific as possible. I do not recommend stating that you would like your grade increased, even if it was very close, as this type of request is unlikely to be granted.
