Are charter schools more effective than traditional charter schools?

Using Dr. Karen’s Foolproof Grant Template, (and the example paper to guide you), write a research proposal on the effectiveness of charter schools in the US when compared to traditional public schools. The details of planning should look as if you were given 6 months- 1 year to conduct the research. You must tell the reader what the research is and how you plan to conduct it. Conclude by reflecting on how conducting such research could contribute to a relevant discussion in sociology today

Be sure to:
Use MLA format.
Use the articles provided to give background information.
Follow the template (the only thing you don’t really have to include is the “budget” portion as it was not included in the example paper).
Make sure to include a bibliography/ works cited page.
