Aristotle’s discussion of virtues

Write a 1- 1.5 page journal entry that relates Aristotle’s discussion of the virtues to contemporary discussion/views on virtue by doing the following:

Choose a contemporary figure who is admired by many people for being virtuous in some way. Identify and explain the virtue(s) for which this person is praised today. Compare and contrast this view of virtue with Aristotle’s discussion of virtues (be specific where possible.) Reflect on whether Aristotle’s analysis is helpful for thinking about this figure’s actions/character, and why.
