Was born in Asian family with parents are both engineers , my family is mainly focused on problem solving and effectiveness. I inherited engineering side from my parents. However I noticed that I have another side since young ( I always have vivid dreams, and would like to sketch my dreams in a note book and do drawing from time to time), both art and engineering inside me seems are in parallel lines.
Until I met my teacher in grade 6, He had both art background ( been a performer in New York for several years) and also had science background, he opened a door for me that art and engineering not just parallel lines, they can be merged nicely . Since then I start to apply artistic view to my engineering projects. they are not just functional well, also they are elegant /simple . Would like to continue to apply my art sense into my future engineering
