justice. Identify the premise of the article and critique the supporting points
or argument of the author(s). In your critique, discuss whether the author(s)
identified factors such as job engagement, employee empowerment, or the role of
leaders and emotional intelligence in establishing organizational justice. In
your conclusion, identify any emotional intelligence skills presented in the
article and how these skills relate to leadership and coaching.
