Assume that you have followed the 5 phase needs assessment process you discovered in the Sleezer text. Assume you have established, through your research, that the need exists for a training program. Write a 1-page executive summary to report your needs assessment to a board of directors. Your executive summary should succinctly describe the training need you suspected, how you assessed the need (your method), and most importantly, your findings (i.e., what should be trained). All of this is mythological, so you are at liberty to write “as if” you had done extensive research. The purpose is to demonstrate your ability to write a summary of a needs assessment process
