Attend a 12 step meeting and report findings

Twelve Step Program Report

Choose a self-help 12 step program in your community that has the most meaning for you professionally. Some examples are Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Al-anon, Overeaters Anonymous (OA), Gamblers Anonymous (GA), and Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA)
Arrange to attend an open (not closed) meeting.
Sources of meetings and times are: internet ( http://www.njaa.com), yellow pages, and community and church bulletins.

You can choose from any of the following to focus on, but if it makes it easier, You can just write the report on an Alcoholic Anonymous group. I dont have the time to go to a meeting so this report can be totally made up.

In your report:
Identify the date and type of meeting you attended. Describe your impressions of the people attending and how members treated each other and the speaker.
Discuss the message of one speaker and the defense mechanisms and behaviors of the speaker relating to the illness of addiction. Use no identifiers of the speaker’s name.
Identify which of the 12 steps the speaker is addressing.
Discuss how the program works.
Discuss the professional value of attending the program.
Identify the reasons you chose this program and the personal impact for you in your family and social network.
